I like this autumn scenery and it' s a pity that we seldom havethis in Taiwan.

there are five different kind of transportation to go up to the topand is only open from Apr. to late autumn(i guess).



A village which is one of the cultural heritages(UNESCO)inJapan-白川鄉合掌村

Houses here are cover with hay roof top therefore make themselveslook like a village in fairy tales.

Each house must be built near by a river or a gullyin case that fire occurs and spreads out easily.

 This is fire drill.  It looks like thereare lots of springs in the small village but of course we hope thatthey will never have the chance to start these springs.

 (front)I got this special postcard yesterday whichmy parents sent to me in Mt.Fuji.  It supposed to be like areal Mt. Fuji; however, the delivery cut one leg of this smilingmountain.
