管秩序看似沒什麼但的確是一門大學問
今天只要不是上導師的課就是個吵字
每每上課回來就有人被罰抄寫課文
雖然說本人認為抄寫課文的效用不太大,不過還有更好的方法嗎?會不會課文抄完,隔天又忘了上課愛講話的代價?
有時候,學生講話有他的原因,例如:A叫B不要亂動,C叫G把課本拿出來,諸如此類的說話被抓到,又該如何?
要算A和C雞婆嗎?
但我們不是一直強調要有同學愛?
那一起處罰呢?A和C便顯得很無辜
今天升旗便發生這種情形
我的處理方式是講話的站起來,問他們為什麼要說話,聽完理由後,照樣在黑板上記上一筆,且告訴學生他不聽你的勸就算了,不要再理他了,這樣反而讓你自己被記
不知道這樣是不是OK
看他們該是個可以講道理的年紀了,無奈有的人還是迷迷糊糊的停留在中年級
英文課時老師玩拼字遊戲
全班分成兩組
每人手上拿1~2張的字母卡
老師唸單字,學生聽到什麼音就要著卡片出來
例如:T-sad,手上有s,a,d的Ss就要站到前面
我覺得這遊戲還不錯可以確定學生都知道字母音且可以認識單字
不過缺點是知道單字拼法的人會一直拼出來叫人上台
且一組16人稍嫌多了
再來又是秩序問題,上課時沒有一個既定的默契讓全班玩遊戲時鬧烘烘的
「上課首重班經」
而且玩遊戲的規定一定要清楚明白且沒有討價還價的餘地(這是眾知的rules也是昨天的師訓講師一直強調的)
且獎罰一定要分明
不用說真的處罰的很重或用很高級的東西獎勵winner,而是要讓遊戲有一個完美的ending和意義
倒是昨天也提到when is the perfect time for playing games?
the greatest time will be at the beginning of the class as a warm-up game for 5-10mins or at the end of the class as a close-up and review what Ss have learned.
the biggest mistake is to play game for all 40 mins...well, that's what the teacher did today.
after chatting with her after the class, i found that actually she IS a good teacher and WAS passionate.
however, the environment and the numbers of classes made her feel tired and didn't want to do anything else as an open door for Ss to come in.
i don't know why the MOE pushed the program of learning Eng. in elementary school, what i saw is that Ss spend only two days a week to go to the Eng. class, then that's it!
when they step out of the classroom, what they had learned will soon be disappeared in the brain without any trace.
for next week?
teacher must teach from the front.
although Eng. program DID appeared on the class schedule but it did NOT go into daily life as an IMPORTANT subject like Chinese or Math.
it's really a pity.
