I think, I write and I live

What would you say if you see angels around you?
Words and words in my throat,
I cant pronounce, I cant draw.
Hello and goodbye
Are the greetings in our present civilization,
But could they mean something else?
Millions of people rely on technical products
And favor in convenience and speed.
24 hours in a day
Could there be a stop for me?
Walking through a lake called mind,
They are found in my shadow,
Lying there and give me a peek,
Wondering who I am and what I am?
